Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Court appearances Advising on various enforcement and regulatory issues Carriage of defended and undefended claims To be considered for this opportunity, you will hold between 2 to 4 years' PAE within Commercial Litigation, with experience specifically related to commercial and personal insolvency/debt recovery.
You will hold full working rights within Australia, a valid practicing certificate and well-developed technical and drafting skills.
