Are you an experienced litigator ready for the next step in your career? Our client, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 3-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing Litigation & Disputes team.
In this role, you'll work alongside highly regarded mentors, handling complex commercial disputes , including property, partnership, contract, and insolvency matters , as well as shareholder disputes, Australian Consumer Law breaches, lease disputes, professional negligence , and insurance litigation.
There's also an opportunity to be involved in employment law disputes.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on and manage complex commercial disputes Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including insolvency Draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and submissions Appear in court and instruct counsel Collaborate with partners on complex cases across various industries Requirements: 3-4 years PQE in litigation, including insolvency Strong understanding of commercial disputes Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Strong client relationship management Admitted to practice in Victoria If you're a proactive and talented litigation lawyer seeking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exciting growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
