Job Title: Solution Designer - Experian PowerCurve Collections
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer to join our team and lead the implementation of Experian PowerCurve Collections.
This role is critical in enhancing our collections strategies and ensuring optimal performance across our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, data analytics, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of Experian PowerCurve Collections, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Data Integration: Collaborate with data teams to integrate various data sources into the PowerCurve platform, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data for decision-making.
Strategy Development: Develop and deploy collections strategies using PowerCurve's strategy design studio, optimizing for performance and compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and refine collections strategies to improve KPIs and operational efficiency.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users on the PowerCurve platform, ensuring effective utilization of its features.
Mandatory skills/experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design, with a focus on financial services and collections systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Experian PowerCurve, data integration, and analytics tools.
Optional - Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
