Lead Voip Engineer

Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to upgrade their existing phone system to Ring Central, and they are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead this transition.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to understand the current phone system infrastructure.
Plan and execute the migration of the existing phone system to Ring Central.
Configure and optimize Ring Central settings to meet the organization's communication requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Vo IP system.
Provide training and support to end-users during and after the migration process.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a smooth integration of Ring Central.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Vo IP Engineer with a focus on phone system upgrades.
In-depth knowledge of Ring Central or similar cloud-based communication platforms.
Strong understanding of Vo IP protocols, SIP, and IP networking.
Experience in configuring and managing PBX systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Ring Central Certified Associate) will be a plus.
