Entry Level role based in Melbourne CBD Leasing Consultant - Entry Level Position, No Experience Required With multiple offices across the inner Melbourne CBD, this long-standing agency is now in pursuit of a self-motivated and switched-on professional ready to kick start their property management career.
Based in Richmond, we are seeking a Field Officer/ Junior Property Manager ideally with 6-12 months experience in a similar role to manage all leasing responsibilities for the team.

As part of your role, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Liaising with the property management department with all inspections Management of all property advertisements including scheduling of opens and routines Preparing relevant reports and providing them to the team Bond lodgements, lease preparation, and signing up with renters Working Tuesday to Saturday, this role will be in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Attributes: Ability to work in a large team working on multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and highly organized A team player with a can-do attitude Proactive and good interpersonal skills Passion for real estate and thrive on challenges As part of this role and in due course, there will be the opportunity to manage your own small portfolio of properties (1 owner), and in addition, you will receive ongoing training and support from the operations team to progress your career path as a Property Manager.
To be successful in this role, you MUST have a current Certificate in Real Estate (VIC), a driver's license, and a reliable car.
