Litigation – Legal Assistant CBD Location – 2 days WFH Salary up to $95k package THE FIRM This Melbourne law firm is highly regarded for their flexible and personable approach to candidate service.
They provide commercially minded advice across a range of practice areas out of their CBD offices.
THE ROLE The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner of a high performing commercial litigation team, whilst also supporting other lawyers where required.
General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting.
Monthly billing.
Preparation of court documents.
File management of electronic files.
ABOUT YOU To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a Legal Assistant or support role within a law firm.
The firm is not considering students or those without unrestricted working rights.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, experience within Litigation desirable.
High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
Be able to work 5 days per week.
