A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic legal Assistant to join their busy and friendly team.
This role supports a Partner and Associate, and as such, you'll feel confident in handling a large volume of files as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include Taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate Word processing of basic correspondence and documents Arranging and making diary appointments Arranging opening and closing of files Assisting with the preparation of Court documents General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, sorting incoming mail, etc.

Our client is ideally seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate who takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do.
In Addition You Will Have Approximately 2+ years experience as a legal secretary in Litigation Intermediate MS Word/typing skills Great attention to detail Excellent time management skills A friendly team attitude and a pro-active approach Let's Talk!
