The role sits within the broader Marsh Mc Lennan Wealth legal team and is primarily focused on superannuation and would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience in superannuation and who wants to further their legal career in this area.

Review PDSs and other disclosure material and advise on issues that arise.
Liaise with other lawyers in the Mercer Wealth team and broader Marsh Mc Lennan Legal and Risk and Compliance team.
Instruct external counsel for the purpose of obtaining legal advice, including spend management.
Assist with development and scheduling of internal training.
Conduct legal research.
Review board and committee papers and provide legal signoff as required, Undertake other tasks as directed by senior lawyers in the Wealth team.
