As the Manager, Family Services , you are responsible for the activities of the Family Services portfolio which comprises of Integrated Family Services and Family Preservation and Reunification Response.

The position has high level leadership and operational responsibility for the Family Services portfolio to ensure quality, viability, innovation and growth in service delivery and professional practice across Catholic Care Victoria.
This position manages a complex portfolio with related budget and high-risk service profile and requires a high level of operational management and leadership to minimise risks and maximise outcomes, including proactive management of service performance, critical incidents and complaints.
Specifically, the position is responsible for: Supporting the implementation of Catholic Care Victoria's operational/business plans through the provision of client service delivery and enhancement of client outcomes Developing and managing annual targets, objectives and deliverables for the functional area with the Senior Manager In collaboration with the Senior Manager, identify funding and program development opportunities and actively contribute to the development of proposals, service models, research and innovation Managing and coaching direct reports to support them in the achievement of their goals Ensuring programs and services can operate effectively within budgets and provide regular budget/resource analysis Developing effective and collaborative working relationships with funding bodies in the program area, as agreed with the Senior Manager To be considered for this position, applicants require: Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or Community Development or similar related discipline Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and managing diverse teams in human services programs Demonstrated knowledge of program budget development and monitoring Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Please submit the form to apply for the role.
