The opportunity Utilise your multi-cultural and multi-faith expertise to lead a team supporting the rehabilitative needs of young people in custody.
Lead the multi-cultural multi-faith operations team who provide dedicated cultural support to young people in custody.
Develop and manage organisational service delivery models and cultural support plans for young people in custody who are from multi-faith, multi-cultural backgrounds.
Work in close partnership with stakeholders to deliver culturally responsive and appropriate services and programs.
Reporting to the Director Operational Support, the Manager, Multicultural and Multifaith Operations will lead a team of multifaith and multicultural liaison officers who are responsible for the delivery of dedicated cultural support to young people in custody as part of a multidisciplinary team of support staff.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the team are working collaboratively and cohesively with other support and case management staff to deliver high quality evidence-based services that drive rehabilitative outcomes in young people in custody.
