You will work closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure that findings from evaluations are integrated into service delivery improvements and strategic planning.
Your team will be at the forefront of turning research into action, guiding the organisation in applying evidence to drive meaningful, lasting change.
With a strong focus on collaboration, you will ensure that research outcomes are communicated effectively, building engagement across the organisation and supporting continuous improvement in our services.

This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you As our ideal candidate, you will: Have demonstrated experience in managing a research and/or evaluation function.
Have highly developed research and/or evaluation experience and proven ability to influence and consult widely to identify and understand emerging issues, policy agendas, trends and risks.
Be skilled in applying organisation wide outcomes frameworks.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with people across all levels of the organisation and engage and build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Hold relevant tertiary qualification in law, social science, education or equivalent (mandatory).
