Position Summary Opportunity for a Manager / Senior Manager to join a growing M&A team in Melbourne.
You will oversee multiple projects, manage a small cohesive team and will report directly to the leadership team.
You will have the opportunity to drive and add value on a wide variety of M&A projects with differing levels of complexity for various client types across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities Lead Advisory – end to end M&A and lead IPO execution (including target list, databook and information memorandum preparation, financial due diligence and data room management, participate in transaction negotiations and stakeholder management); Work across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising and strategic advice; Management of project deliverables and adherence to transaction timeframes; Manage, develop and work collaboratively with junior members of the team; Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships; and Assist with deal origination and the preparation of proposals, engagements and pitch documents.
