Managing Director

This newly available Managing Director position based in Melbourne will spearhead a growth program for this established solutions business.
This is a great opportunity that will suit a candidate who has likely completed a Bachelor of Engineering (ideally Electrical or Automation), but in recent years has seen them work in broader commercial roles within Renewables or a related industry.
This role will see the successful applicant build a strategic roadmap that will broaden the business's client base and grow revenue nationally.
Client growth is front of mind for this role, and as such, it is vital that the successful applicant has broad networks across the Renewables market that they can leverage. They will be comfortable working side-by-side with the sales team to provide support in opening doors and securing clients.
While commercial growth is vital for the role, this Executive will also work closely with their ELT to fine-tune their operational capability to build alignment and a strategic platform for that growth.
The ideal candidate will likely come from a mid-sized Renewables business and be excited about the prospect of joining a financially strong, established solutions business and working hand-in-hand with the Board to embark on a program of growth.
This leader will have a natural gravitas, inspiring their team to bring energy and passion to work each and every day and be a seasoned expert in building great teams underpinned by a strategy of succession.
