We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join this operations dynamic Queensland team, on a 16-month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role, you will leverage centre and market insights to craft and execute impactful local campaigns and activations.
Your goal will be to enhance consumer engagement, support retail partner initiatives, and drive events that resonate with the consumer community.
Key Responsibilities: Local Campaigns & Activations: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on centre and market insights to boost footfall and brand awareness.
Consumer Engagement: Drive strategies to engage and retain consumers through creative and data-driven approaches.
Events Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events that enhance the customer experience and support brand objectives.
Retail Partner Support: Collaborate with retail partners to develop and support initiatives that drive sales and enhance their presence within centres.
Market Insights: Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform campaign strategies and improve engagement.
What Our Client is Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or property sector, with events and content creation experience highly regarded.
Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market insights and data to drive effective marketing strategies.
Event Management: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful events and activations.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with retail partners and internal teams.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a drive to create engaging consumer experiences.
