We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Communities Marketing team, a team of customer focused and innovative marketers who are passionate about their projects. This role will support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and practices, across Melbourne West communities, providing a great opportunity to continue to grow and expand on your marketing experience.
About the role
Supporting the Marketing team to execute local marketing plans and key initiatives including:
National and local marketing and sales campaigns
Execution of land release activity and rolling programs
Assist with display village and project events
Support new project launches
Implement database communication planning
Content development and management for online and offline channels
Assist with brand and product positioning strategies
Manage project collateral and maintenance
Digital channel maintenance – website, property portals, social media, and other key channels
Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
Provide support to the team for project budget management
Support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey
About you

Appropriate tertiary qualifications
Marketing experience, including production of marketing materials
Project management experience
Strong communications skills with a keen eye for detail
Resilient, you are able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
