About our role A great opportunity exists to join our Commercial Solutions division as a Marketing Operations Coordinator.
The role focuses on publishing data content and images to Simplot's customer e-commerce platforms acting as a subject matter expert in the Product Lifecycle Management and as a facilitator to ensure collaborative work across teams, data, processes and systems.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this full-time position will be based at our Chifley Park (Mentone) APAC headquarters working continuously with external companies and a variety of technical and commercial internal teams across the APAC region and North America in search of enhancements and best practice sharing.
This role and team are essential to the positive contribution to the Simplot Digital roadmap.
In this role you will work within the Commercial Operations team where we focus on continuous improvement of Processes, Systems and Communications, enabling the marketing team to operate efficiently and effectively.
What you will do Serve as a subject matter expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) by coordinating processes, systems and teams to efficiently manage product data and images.
Resolve queries with a sense of urgency whilst focusing on root of cause analysis Promote a continuous improvement mindset in Commercial Operations by searching for best-in-class initiatives to enhance Simplot's performance.
Analyze key processes and participate in change management initiatives Ensure content governance by adhering to Simplot and Customer guidelines, acting as a point of contact for PLM queries, creating training materials for Marketing and Commercial teams, and facilitating knowledge on relevant tools and platforms.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment across departments, prioritize and manage requests efficiently, collaborate with external stakeholders to meet project standards, and maintain a comprehensive work log to enhance overall efficiency.

Experience working with diverse tools such as GS1, SKUvantage, Simart, Hamilton Grant, i ICe, etc.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong public speaking and writing abilities.
Capable of adjusting tone and language based on the audience.
Strong relationship-building and management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
