This appointment heralds the start of an exciting next chapter for Phillips Coaching and will work closely with the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Simon Llloyd.
The Manager of Marketing, Sales and Communication will play a key role in engaging and influencing stakeholders across sporting sectors and national jurisdictions.
Relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to building traction to create opportunities for athletes on a local, state, and national level.
There is also potential for Phillips Coaching to have a presence overseas pending its success in Australia.
The vision for the future is to have increased national coherence for a steady and sustainable progression of the organisation.
Phillips Coaching has a range of assets, infrastructure and programs already, and the organisation is positioned very well to harness opportunities with key stakeholders, exerting influence and confidence to garner support and implementation.

This includes in person as well as online sessions to assist their clients achieve their goals.
