In this role, you will be responsible for working with and leading a dynamic team to establish the operations, objectives, and culture of an innovative business unit, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, safe, accredited medical imaging service whilst promoting the values of MDHS as a quality Imaging Service Provider.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Commitment to the MDHS Values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Ethical Behaviour.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Medical Imaging Technologist.
Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience as a Medical Imaging Technologist including significant time at a supervisory level in medical imaging.
Extensive specialised knowledge and performance in one or more modalities.
Demonstrated experience supervising staff, overseeing quality assurance programs, radiation safety requirements.
Demonstrated communication and human resources experience to lead and manage a large department.
Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills to empower and support staff to perform the duties required of them to provide best patient care.
