About the Role: As a Mid-level to Lead React Native Developer, your primary role is to lead and contribute to the enhancement and evolution of our mobile app systems, with the unique opportunity to build on an existing application while having the potential to redesign and rebuild it from the ground up using the latest, industry-proven technologies.
Key Responsibilities: 5-8+ years of experience as a React Software Engineer or Application Developer Proficiency in React Native development Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java Script, Type Script, and related technologies In-depth knowledge of React and its ecosystem Experience with mobile app development for i OS and Android platforms Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and libraries (e.g., Redux, Webpack) Extensive experience with source control management systems (e.g., Git) Proven ability to design and develop complex web and mobile applications, including building projects from the ground up Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for React Native applications Understanding of Dev Ops principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Experience with the Expo framework is advantageous Experience integrating with OAuth platforms (e.g., Auth0) is highly desirable Experience in monitoring performance and reliability metrics, logging, and application performance monitoring (APM) tools is desirable Please note: This role involves key responsibilities during the Christmas period and January, so availability during this time is highly valued.
