Job Description - Non-College Work Student, Project Assistant, IT Project Management Office (STU001909) Department Name: D0030 Information Technology Description: Work closely with the IT project managers.
Assist with project-related tasks (update project status reports and project plans with guidance from Project Manager).
Maintain information on project assignment completion.
Help organize project meetings, taking detailed meeting notes to ensure accurate records of discussions and decisions.
Help maintain and update the organization's website as needed.
Assist with Power BI Development for reports and dashboards.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scanning, copying documents, meeting scheduling, and note-taking.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent note-taking skills.
Must be available 20 hours per week.
Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Must be a self-starter.
Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills.
Qualifications: Must be a current UHD student.
