Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Sale Community Health Team.
This is an ongoing position for 3 days per week up to Full Time.
The Sale Community Mental Health Service provides mental health care to children and young people, 0-25 years, and has an adult and older persons service, 26 years+.
It also provides specialist services including consumer and carer support and a perinatal program.
This role will allow you to use your expert knowledge in Mental Health to provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnostics, care, and intervention to patients, as well as provide advanced leadership, clinical supervision, and guidance to the team.
About you You will have a passion for mental health, a desire to make a real difference, and be a skilled people leader.
We are looking for candidates with: Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Experience within Mental Health Clinical leadership that influences clinical care Ability to work at an advanced practice level Drive towards best practice to deliver positive and recovery-focused outcomes Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Latrobe Regional Health offers a range of benefits including: Salary packaging up to $9,000 per annum.
