The Benefits: Salary of $85,000- $115,000 + superannuation Annual PD budget of $1000 + 2 days study leave Pool vehicles available for all clinicians Internal and external training provided to the team on a weekly basis Travel reimbursement on a per km basis Flexibility in your working day including both working in clinic and within the community at schools and client homes Mobile phone and laptop are provided 80 hours of CPD provided to each clinician annually Multiple hours of workshops, peer support and PD presented by senior clinicians and external speakers Weekly supervision provided by your lead Occupational Therapist Structured onboarding with a gradually increasing caseload over your first 6 weeks Opportunity to shadow Senior Occupational Therapists About the role: Choose from a mixed ages or paediatric caseload Be fully clinic based or also see clients in the community Community therapy includes face-to-face therapy for all ages in all settings, Assistive Technology, Assessment and Reports, Home Modifications, Functional Assessments, wheelchair and seating Assessments and prescription, home safety assessments and functional skills training Work from their clinic in Sydenham, Melbourne and see clients in the community within a 30 minute radius of the clinic Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Working primarily with NDIS clients with some private referrals Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Drivers license AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Interested in this position?
