About the role: The Branch Operations Coordinator is responsible for the fleet allocation, maintenance, availability and security of fleet vehicles, control and coordination of daily hire activity and management of electronic files in order to achieve Branch optimisation.
In addition, the Branch Operations Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Operations Support team and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for: Tracking, maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and data integrity of electronic records for reservations, bookings and fleet movements.
Coordinate Fleet maintenance and repairs by ensuring all servicing and maintenance remains within schedules dates and kilometres.
Liaise with Fleet Management and the Regional Operations Manager for the procurement, maintenance, repair, availability and security of fleet vehicles.
Coordinate with local supplementary service and repair providers for repair and maintenance work outside of the arrangements with the fleet provider.
Liaise regularly with the Site Lead, clients, repairers, Right2 Drive staff and other parties to coach, understand, resolve and improve issues affecting operational aspects of the branch.
Ensure all staff and work environments are safe and compliant, as per Right2 Drive WHS policies and procedures.
Support the Site Lead to ensure Branch goals and KPIs are met.

You will have: A customer focussed approach along with a "can do" attitude Experience in administration, retail, customer service or other service roles Ability to prioritise your workload and achieve deadlines Driver's License Effective communication skills and the ability to look outside the square.
