Perfect opportunity to join this progressive Community Health Service as the Medical Services Manager.
You will play a pivotal role in leading the Medical Practice and Specialist Clinic services.
This 12 month fixed term contract position is ideal for candidates with strong leadership and relationship skills able to manage the day-to-day operations.
It is essential you have experience working in a community general practice setting.
This leading independent community health service is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of a diverse community.
The service offers a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, allied health, mental health, and social support.
Full salary packaging applies to this role - including $15,900 annually and $2,650 Meal and Entertainment allowance per FBT year.
About you: Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare management or a related field.
Proven experience in managing medical services in a community health, general practice or Allied Health setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
A dynamic, highly organised person who will be a positive role model demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Ensure the provision of safe, high-quality medical services that meet relevant standards and regulations.
Lead and manage the provision of medical services in accordance with funding and service agreements.
Provide effective leadership and direction to Medical Practice and Specialist Clinic staff.
Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and sustainable service delivery.
Contribute to strategic and operational planning at the organizational level.
Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Investigate and respond to client feedback and incidents.
