You will be taking charge of all facets of lending operations support.

You'll work closely with our lending specialists and report to the Operations Support Team Leader.
Job Description What your day will look like Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Manage the daily payments process Manage regular customer reminders and alerts Answer inbound calls, respond to questions, and help educate customers about consumer lending Prompt actioning of customer requests regarding their Money Place loan Liaise with 3rd party vendors to ensure customer accounts are actioned accordingly Support the broader business in initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction Love helping customers and team members Operate with high energy and positivity Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrate great attention to detail and check data quickly and accurately Be a fantastic team player, with a can-do attitude, thriving in a dynamic, energetic environment Desired Skills and Experience Experience Built a track record of providing quality customer service with a solid phone manner Comfortable working in a paperless office environment Extremely strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel Exposure to consumer lending and credit assessments is an advantage We're a rapidly growing company that values diversity and creating a dynamic culture to work in We offer a competitive package including a mix of base salary and bonuses We provide a fantastic formal and on-the-job learning environment to help you build capabilities to excel in this role, as well as your ongoing professional development You'll be challenged and have the chance to thrive as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
