About you As our Operations Team Leader , you will have the responsibility of providing leadership and support to the Training Coordination Team Leaders, as well as the local and regional operation and medical education teams.
You possess the following: Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline Experience in leading and supporting a team Experience in project management methodology and change management Extensive experience in a service delivery function with a customer-centric focus About the opportunity The Operations Team Leader reports to the Regional Operations Manager and works with the local and regional teams ensuring the GP Training program continues to meet agreed program outcomes.
