Organisational Change Manager

Our government client is a leading agency dedicated to providing and supporting science and technology eResearch services across the country. They are looking for an Organisational Change Management officer to play an important role in delivering effective communication activities by working closely with project teams, fostering strong relationships, and implementing a wide range of project related communication artefacts.
Key Duties include:
Producing compelling multi-channel communication initiatives and contributing to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts.
Working closely with projects, helping to translate complex information into clear and simple concepts.
Creating and maintaining strong client engagement with stakeholders, encouraging genuine feedback, through a variety of consultation techniques.
Developing innovative and interesting ideas for effective communication.
Demonstrating critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Candidates with existing or reinstatable security clearances will be strongly considered.
