Your role: Work within the People and Culture team to support the organisation to grow employee capability in respect to learning and organisational development.
Working across a range of employee life cycle areas including, employee surveys coordination and analysis, training needs analysis coordination and support, induction & on-boarding, research projects, development planning, learning initiatives, systems reporting and analysis and supporting a range of key projects including implementation of a new HRIS system.
About you: You have experience working across a range of organisational development and learning areas, including engagement, learning, induction, compliance reporting, performance management and data analytics.
Passion for improving how things are done, leveraging systems and processes, to work smarter.
You value building relationships and have a demonstrated record of working with employees and managers to support positive outcomes.
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels internally and externally.
Experience in successfully implementing a range of projects to improve employees' experience and administering learning management systems.
You are flexible, have a can-do attitude and you are a team player prepared to help out as required.
The important stuff: TRP $102,000 FTE ($61,200@3 days) Part-time (3 days per week), flexible working hours Monday to Friday to support work/life balance, please state your preference within your cover letter.
