The Role: Director of Service This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times.
You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.
Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Foster "GENUINE" relationships with children and their families.
Manage and roster your team of passionate educators.
Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
Be the glue that connects Team Kids with your school community.
The 2 IC Role As a 2 IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
This will include: Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
Support with ensuring your program is in compliance according to industry regulations.
Interact with our parents and help them with inquiries wherever possible.
Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc., when the Director can't attend.
Play and have FUN with primary school-aged children.
Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.
The Successful Candidate You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heart.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you're talking with a child, their parent, one of your team, or the school Principal.
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
You are a natural leader with an eye for detail.
Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
You are energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN! Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification.
This includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work, and more.
