A service based in Traralgon is looking for a passionate and organised Coordinator for children in our after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 29 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance! Plus there is the option to pick up holiday program shifts with us. Hours will be Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine program) and 3:00 - 6:00 PM (Stay and Play Program ) plus 4 additional admin hours. There may be some flexibility if one or two of these shifts don't work for you. In addition to an above award rate of $40.31 per hour, there is also a $1500 commencement bonus at the completion of the first month plus another $1500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super. About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft - whatever you and the children are into! About the service Based in Traralgon, this is a brand new service to Junior Adventures Group, meaning you have the opportunity to really make it your own! They operate out of the school gym with roughly 25 students in the morning and 65 in the afternoons. You'll have the opportunity to build great relationships with both the school and its families.
