We are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager for a client based currently on St Kilda Road.
We are looking for a results-driven professional who values work-life balance.
The role offers flexibility while working in a busy team with 2 days working from home.
There is a huge support network in place with assistants (1 between 2 OC Managers), finance team, and risk and compliance team.
Start with a very small portfolio of around 5 buildings and cap out at 8-10.
This is a fun team with perks such as Wednesday lunches supplied, team events, etc.
The Role: Managing and maintaining your portfolio of buildings Building and maintaining relationships with owners and contractors Financial management Insurance - renewals and claims Defects and major projects and cladding Water ingress Working with on-site building managers, caretakers, and cleaners Legal matters, complaints, and disputes.
The Candidate: Previous Owners Corporation experience essential High level of computer literacy, use of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel - PIQ software knowledge is helpful A self-starter who demonstrates diligence, is methodical with details, coupled with an assertive, can-do attitude in all client interactions.
An excellent problem solver with strengths in financial analysis and is business savvy Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Autonomous worker, service-focused with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Obsessed with being organized and on top of your workload.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, circa $90,000 - $120,000.
