What you'll be doing: Communicate with clients through email or phone with minimal oversight to cultivate a strong working relationship.
Accountable for the paid social program, including successes and failures for several client accounts.
Possess in-depth knowledge of paid social strategy (full-funnel, which platforms to use when, attribution, measurement, creative, etc).
Delegate both routine and important tasks and decisions clearly and comfortably.
Responsible for end-to-end program strategy, execution, and reporting.
Effectively prioritize efforts to focus on delivering on the most important tasks.
Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and participate in weekly client calls.
Proactively educate oneself on industry findings and effectively mentor junior team members via training and delegation.

Requirements: 4-5+ years of related work experience in paid social.
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets across Meta, Tik Tok, Reddit, and Snapchat (at minimum), with a deep understanding of strategic and executional best practices.
Proven track record of collaborating with large, cross-functional/cross-channel teams.
