Partner Elect - Boutique Accounting Firm

Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) Are you frustrated at your current workplace with no route to Partnership, and are looking for a chance to spearhead a profitable boutique Accounting firm? I want to hear from you! The opportunity: My client is looking for a succession plan whereby a Partner Elect can transition into taking over from an outgoing Partner.
You will provide leadership by servicing a portfolio of around $800k.
You will get involved in doing the compliance work, managing client relationships, and business development.
The successful candidate will: Have at least 10 years' public practice experience.
Be prepared to do hands-on work and support the team underneath them.
Liaise with clients on the phone and in person.
Identify new opportunities for the firm.
Have Xero experience.
