As a Patient Services Assistant your responsibilities will include: Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties Greet all patients/visitors/guests within the hospital with a friendly demeanour and answer enquiries Going above and beyond with caring for our patients Comply with site WHS policy, infection control standards and policy and procedures Authority to Work in Australia Working with Children check (if relevant) High level problem solving skills Excellent Customer Service, organisational and communication skills Ensure quality service is provided and government regulations are complied with in relation to food safety and infection control Commitment to service excellence Work well independently and within a team Why Healthscope?
