Job Description Deliver the Payroll internal compliance program of works Identification and documentation of payroll risks, controls and issues Ensure Payroll services, tools, outputs and processes are compliant with Enterprise Agreements and relevant Industrial Awards, Policies, legislation etc Proactively research and share payroll legislation and changes Ensure that the Payroll team and other relevant stakeholders understand their Governance and Compliance requirements including privacy, data, payroll/employment related items Assist with implementing any policy, award, agreement changes in the system in a timely manner Document and ensure regular review of payroll procedures and processes (with the assistance of the SMEs) Proactively identifies and escalates issues or breaches Participate and deliver payroll audit requirements - this could include gathering and analysing data, presenting information, reviewing/writing reports and presenting recommendations Proactively explore and raise improvement ideas to ensure efficiency and compliance Other ad hoc tasks The Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced payroll professionals with a passion for payroll compliance.
