Want to be part of a burger revolution? About The Role Join our expanding finance team as a Payroll Officer at Grill'd Support Office in Richmond.
You'll coordinate our payroll function within our small dynamic team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while driving continuous improvement.
Enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment while making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Be Doing Process the weekly payroll function, ensuring all time and attendance data, payroll changes, and related records are accurately actioned.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, including PAYG, Superannuation, and other payments.
Maintain and update manual and electronic employee records in line with audit requirements.
Administer payroll enquiries, resolving issues within service timeframes and providing support for payroll processes.
What We Are Looking For Ability to perform effectively in a busy, high-pressure environment.
Strong organisational skills.
Previous experience in a high-volume, multi-site organization.
Familiarity with payroll software and systems - Netsuite is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Work in a team environment and autonomously at times.
Understanding that tight deadlines must be met at each stage of the payroll cycle.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel with Lookups and Pivot tables, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
Flexibility to accommodate business/workflow demands from time to time.
