What you'll do Providing People reporting, insights and analysis for the Chief People Officer and Group Executive Leading the development of an emerging People reporting, analytics and insights team at Worley Managing a small Worley Team and collaborating with Shared Service partners to deliver towards the People Reporting Strategy and Roadmap Consulting with internal customers regarding availability of global People data, including recommendation of appropriate data usage, existing data quality and risks associated with data Identifying trends and major findings from the data, developing detailed reporting, clearly articulating analysis findings and developing executive summaries to highlight analysis results for audience up to Group Executive level Research best-in-class HR analytics visualizations, industry themes and trends to provide guidance to the Business and ensure Worley is delivering reporting which meets industry standards and expectations Aggregating and correlating data from multiple sources in support of integrated, insightful findings to meet Business requirements With support of Subject Matter Experts and Business leadership in respective areas, developing specific recommendations and establishing criteria for KPIs to address Business focus areas, ensuring valid and reliable measures are being used to measure progress towards goals Identifying and implementing enhancements to report formats and processes, evaluating and updating criteria routinely and enhancing reporting to achieve continuous improvement Improving efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and distribution processes; ensure access model complies with applicable policies and procedures Communicating progress towards goals on Business KPIs, key milestones and success metrics, as determined by Subject Matter Experts, Business leadership and yourself Ensure documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, dictionaries and mapping reference materials, training resources and other supporting documentation is maintained and published on a regular cadence Delivering global People analytics in accordance with accepted standards, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
What you'll have Relevant experience in People Systems, Technology or Digital Functions University degree in a related field Genuine enjoyment in developing a "story" with data and analytics; highly skilled in data visualization to communicate complex ideas simply and attractively Advanced skillset in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Visualizations) and Excel (including Power Query) An ability to work independently and develop an approach/plan based on work assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities and critical areas of focus Proven experience in leading, building and developing a small team Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a changing environment and leading others through this Experience working in a regional or global team and comfortable with flexible working hours.
