PHOTOGRAPHER required for a well-established Australian business "REALTY PHOTOS WYNDHAM" specialized in commercial photography for the real estate businesses & for the family events (Marriages/birthday parties) and located at 2/40 WALLACE AVE, POINT COOK VIC 3030.
Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a photographer.
Duties include.
Discuss the client's need and vision for the properties photo shoot & for the personal photo shoot.
Travel to various properties & events to take photographs, making sure capturing all the essential features.
Use professional equipment to take high-quality images, focusing on lighting, composition, and detail.
Use various photographic techniques and lighting equipment.
Transporting and setting up equipment at assigned locations Capture subjects in professional-quality photographs.
Working from a studio and manipulating images using digital imaging techniques and creative darkroom techniques.
Edit and enhance photos using software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to make sure they meet professional standards.
Promote services through the business website, social media, and networking with real estate agents.
Photograph homes listed for sale to meet the online marketing and print needs of Realtors and their Brokerage firm.
Meet brokers/clients on site and perform photo session.
Label and upload images to our in-house studio.
Take photo shoots of interior space of properties – common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space.
Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken.
Video real estate properties & family events (Wedding, Birthdays).
Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results.
Selecting type of camera, film, filter and lighting.
In Return, for your commitment and skills, you will receive a competitive salary package of 74 K plus Superannuation.
Applicants with formal qualifications in photography and with at least 2 years of practical experience will be prioritised.
Position is available full time, 38 hours/week but applicant must be available for 7 days a week and willing to work odd hours (Weekend & early morning/ late night shifts).
Another mandatory requirement is a driving licence & a vehicle.
Applicants must be willing to travel across Victoria to perform work in urban and regional locations.
