Seeking a Portfolio Analyst/PMO Analyst to join this friendly and dynamic Agile environment and provide support on some exciting projects.
This is an urgent 3-month role where you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of PMO functions and services, as well as supporting the Project, Program, or Portfolio Managers in the planning and execution of initiatives.
You will drive improvement and best practice methodologies and enable the PMO to collaboratively provide guidance and support for corporate initiatives.
What you'll do Reporting: Assist in the maintenance of dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor performance against set objectives.
Tools management: Oversee and optimise PMO tools and systems, ensuring they cater to the needs of the PMO and delivery teams.
Support: Offer training and support to the project and program managers, and other team members, on the PMO tools, process, and templates.
Administration: Organise and coordinate PMO meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes, and ensure that action items are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
What you'll bring Experience in or within a PMO environment, including: Familiarity with PMO processes, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in establishing and managing PMO functions, creating project management standards, and overseeing project portfolios.
Detail-oriented to a high level of accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of presenting data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
High attention to detail with superior organisational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
