Responsibilities: Provide industry-leading platform and compliance support to help our brokers save time, diversify their business, and stay safe. Ensure ratio 1:150 AHs. Identify opportunities to enable broker success through LMG product and service offerings, e.g., Asset Finance, Commercial, white label, post-settlement services by driving small group sessions and regular training and professional development for all Agreement Holders (Members). Identify and refer opportunities for brokers seeking more support and assistance to the higher margin model (either Partner or Loan Market). Complete Annual Business Snapshot with all AHs in your portfolio. Drive the highest compliance scores for flat fee brokers in the industry. Drive the fastest time to application relative to flat fee competitors. Ensure Members are in the highest quartile for quality submissions from top six lenders. Drive broker engagement via online and face-to-face training of brokers on a range of topics including technology, compliance, product knowledge, basic marketing, and relationship/back book management. Understand, educate, and promote all options and services available under the LMG range of business and service models. Recruit new Agreement Holders into the flat fee (or any other LMG model). Drive and attend events and actively participate in Professional Development, sales, and industry events.
