About the role The Practice Management Systems Analyst Lead is responsible for the full ownership of the technical management and day-to-day administration of VGSO's practice management systems (Elite 3 E and Cosine), ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and technical reliability.
Key responsibilities Oversee the management and administration of VGSO's Practice Management System (Elite 3 E and Cosine).
Ensure the system's stability, reliability, and performance from both a technical and business perspective.
Provide high quality and responsive support, advice, training and technical expertise to all staff.
Lead technical projects related to the Practice Management System (Elite 3 E).
Manage or support the implementation of additional systems and applications.
Proactively liaise with all colleagues to ensure service queries are resolved effectively.
Liaise with IT in implementing system changes or updates.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Responsible for maintaining and supporting the day-to-day operations of Cosine and Elite.
Ensure month-end and year-end close is actioned in a timely manner.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare advice for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience Tertiary qualification in IT.
3 - 5 years business experience within a practice management system or business systems function.
Track record of working in system-focused positions.
Experience with a variety of organisation-wide systems.
Knowledge of financial processes related to billing and accounts receivable.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Technical reporting skills using Power BI and SQL would be advantageous.
