This Practice Manager role offers the opportunity to shape business operations by driving efficiency and implementing best practices across the organisation.

You will be exposed to all aspects of the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our growing organisation.
In this dynamic role, you will: Manage and optimise financial resources and operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and internal policies.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement and technology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the efficient operation of office administration and support functions.
Lead HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
