Practice Manager

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager/General Manager to be an integral part of the Leadership team within a progressive practice.
Due to steady and sustained year on year growth, this established sizeable Accounting firm has a terrific opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to take a meaningful leadership role in a progressive practice where you will be given all the support needed to succeed.
The Role We are looking for a leader with accounting firm experience - someone who knows how to get the best out of Partners through smooth running operations, appropriate levels of measurability and accountability and embedding best practice systems, procedures and strategies.
Work closely with the Partners, HR Team, Administration & Finance Manager in ensuring continued future success of the practice.
Maintenance of building & facilities management.
Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts & monitor performance.
Assist in the maintenance of internal systems and procedures.
Develop & manage relationships with key stakeholders & partners.
Skills & Attributes To be successful you will have the following skills & attributes: At least 5 years experience leading in a Professional Services firm; Accounting, FP, Consulting or similar.
Great leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal multiple stakeholders.
Strong business acumen & be commercially savvy.
