The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a practice manager A go-getter personality with a can-do approach Exceptional leadership skills An energetic and positive approach A passion for the dental industry and patient care Tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients, and visitors Exceptional leadership, cultural and teamwork focus A high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management Management of stock orders and staff rosters Assisting with marketing such as providing ideas and liaising with the marketing manager Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation with emphasis on the patient monitors and marketing monitors to measure success.
