Job Title Premium Account Executive Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and relationship management top performer currently working in a high revenue client-facing role to join IG's Premium department and demonstrate their ability to service and enhance our high value clients.
The right individual will have proven success in their current role managing clients, be an excellent communicator and a dynamic self-starter.
Working your own book of managed clients to develop sales opportunities, you will be hungry to outperform.
You will also need to execute client trades and manage business risk exposure.
Your role in the team Provide an excellent service to our high value clients, the core of our business, whilst managing client exposure to reduce the business risk to the company.
This includes trade execution, client queries, market conversations and building rapport to strengthen the client's relationship with IG.
Identify and drive opportunities for own sourced accounts through establishing positive relationships, developing a successful reactivation strategy, and creating a powerful network through your house managed clients and own network.
Throughout your role, you will demonstrate and champion IG's values and drive towards the company strategic goals.
What you'll do Manage a book of clients, identifying and introducing commercial opportunities in order to maximise the value of these house accounts.
Identify new opportunities and source new business for IG through a successful client relationship journey.
Over-the-phone trade execution and hedging of client trades through various channels.
Organize and attend in person and virtual client events and develop creative ways to engage and build relationships with clients across Australia's complete geographical region.
Provide additional desk support to the Premium team through administrative tasks when required as well as support for inbound client queries.
Maintain accurate and timely records of communications, meetings and business agreements with clients, logging them on client data base systems.

What you'll need for this role At least 3 years within a client facing/relationship management role, having demonstrated consistent performance and high value service with an ability to drive new business.
Managing the demands of HNW clients and key accounts with a proven track record of achieving SLAs targeted to this core client market, and handling complaints that may arise.
Previous experience executing client trades in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience with DMA execution across international markets (ASX, NYSE, LSE, HK) is advantageous.
In-depth working knowledge of the Australian CFD and leveraged product industry.
Ability to maintain an attention to detail and communicate effectively in a high-pressured environment.
Highly proficient with client CRM software systems (Salesforce preferable) and a working knowledge of client contact systems.
A working knowledge of trading platforms across the Australian leverage trading market is highly rated.
