About the Victorian School Building Authority The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) oversees Victoria's largest school building program, upgrading and expanding existing schools and planning new schools to meet enrolment demand.
About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Governance and Strategic Integration, the project advisor supports the effective administration of the branch, and works with the Manager to: Provide Governance support to the Branches including working with stakeholders across the organisation to understand all governance requirements.
Provide input into key reporting tasks for regular ministerial and governance meetings.
Support the VSBA component of the PAEC process for Early Childhood infrastructure.
Support the strategic management of resourcing across the three branches of Early Childhood Infrastructure Planning.
Support building key messages for the programs of work across the three branches in Early Childhood Education infrastructure.
Support the work for culture and learning across the three branches.
Attributes The program advisor works collaboratively in a team to support the smooth running of the branch.
The Program Advisor has strong stakeholder engagement skills, a customer service focus, and project delivery skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience Bachelor degree in a related field and demonstrated experience in a similar role in Government.
