Newly Created Opportunity for a Program Director Hybrid working arrangements About Our Client My client is a leading transport and distribution organisation and is going through an exciting period of transformation.
Work closely with C-suite across IT & business teams to develop and implement the strategy for the program team.
Job Description Lead and manage programs, overseeing multiple projects and work streams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, & timeline, as well as benefit realisation.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
The Successful Applicant Must have prior experience in People/HR roles coupled with Program management and director experience.
Previous experience delivering programs from $10 M to $100 M spanning multiple years.
Successful track record managing programs with multiple streams (could be 10+ streams).
Experience working with executive level.
