As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly experienced Program Leader Level 3 to join our team.
The Role: As a Program Leader Level 3, you will have overall responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of complex programs, ensuring they align with existing practices, policies, and procedures.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best possible person-centred support to meet their NDIS goals, in line with their individual support plans.
This newly created position is designed to elevate our program leadership to a higher level, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with all relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor and manage the performance of a team of Team Leaders and Disability Support Workers.
Display leadership skills through conducting team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and staff coaching.
Build strong rapport with participants and their families to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage team rosters, timesheets, and attendance to ensure smooth operations.
Identify, assess, and resolve client complaints and issues while maintaining a client-centred approach.
Ensure clients are provided with the best possible person-centred support to meet their NDIS goals in line with individual support plans.
Oversee daily operations of complex programs, ensuring alignment with DCV's practices, policies, and procedures.
Work with the General Manager to develop and implement processes and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Certificate IV in Disability (mandatory) / Diploma in Community Services Sector (Preferred).
Certificate IV in Leadership/Management field (preferred) Extensive experience in a leadership role within the disability sector.
Strong understanding of NDIS requirements and compliance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex programs and lead teams effectively.
NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Working with Children's Check.
Valid Driver's License.
