The Role Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a commercially focused Program Manager to oversee and deliver key projects aimed at optimizing operations, technology and reducing costs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs, ensuring seamless execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale programs focused on cost-saving and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives across various business units Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for process optimization Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on program progress and impact Manage change and risk across complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Candidates Experience Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in logistics, transport, trucking, or rail industries Strong commercial acumen with a focus on cost management and delivering measurable outcomes Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
