We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Program Manager of Healthy Ageing to join our growing team.
The Program Manager: Will be a highly experienced manager, having proven experience in a similar position in the Community Aged Care space.
You are a supportive and encouraging leader with a vision and strategic plan to support organisational growth.
You will have exceptional sector knowledge and networks that will play a vital role in leading strategic planning, change management and day-to-day operations of essential in-home services and consumer-directed care.
With your well-developed skills and experience managing high performing teams, you have a proven track record of delivering high quality services and promoting growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance with funding obligations.
Drive continuous quality improvement and safeguard service standards.
Report on a regular basis to the general manager Identify opportunities for growth Govern and drive service quality and safeguarding Business development - drive organisational growth Skills / Experience This role requires a dynamic, empathetic leader who excels in a multidisciplinary environment, overseeing in-home services, consumer-directed care, and support programs.
You will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health, Community Service, or Business Management.
Extensive experience working in health or community aged care setting.
Experience in team management and business development.
Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and home-care services.
